Started twirling at the age of 13 and coaching at the age of 17 in Shediac, NB.  Retired from competition at age of 25 after the 2001 Nationals in Calgary, Alberta.  Completed the CBTF Level 1 Coaching course in 1991 and NCCP Level 1 in 1992; CBTF Level 2 Coaching Course in 2001 and NCCP Level 2 in 1997; SDP Adjudicator S5 in 2001; Module 1 Judge and Acrobatic Arts Module 1 certified in 2012.  Alixa Flexibility Module 1 certified in 2020.
